Basically unless you are of Higher rank your Job is to follow out orders given By higher members of the guild.
1.high rankers
People of higher rank Duel and loot other people on battle.net
2.middle rankers
Middle rankers loot and duel people of lower level on battle.net
3.low rankers
Low rankers duel and loot, mostly loot.
After a member of the guild loots somebody the loot gets split up among the members of the guild.
